Yes, all our payments run through Paypal and are guaranteed Paypals level of website security.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship to countries that require a phytosanitary certificate. If you are ordering from outside Canada, please confirm your countries requirements.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments run through PayPal. We accept all major credit cards, debit and PayPal account payments.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping is calculated by both destination and weight.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is received, it is processed and shipped within 7 business days. If you do not receive your order within three weeks, please contact us.
ProductsAre all your seeds always in stock?
No. We are a small seed producer and therefore do not always have everything in stock. We aim to have our full line available from November through April. Any varieties that are on Back Order are shipped as soon as possible and you are kept up to date on the status of your order.
Are your seeds chemically treated? Are your seeds organic?
No, our seeds are not chemically treated! We are a certified organic farm by Ecocert Canada. All our seed, produce and plants meet the Canadian Organic Standards. We are also a member of the Safe Seed Pledge.
What can I do if my seeds do not grow?
Contact us and we will help to figure out why they haven't grown for you. Our seeds are germination tested every November to meet national germination standards. There can be many environmental reasons for lack of germination or poor growth. While we guarantee our germination rates, we cannot take responsibility for issues regarding soil health, rain fall or lack there of, access to light, etc. We will do our best to help resolve your gardening issues, however, if we cannot remedy the problem we will happily refund you for the purchase value of your seed.
